Returns/Exchanges
Return Policy:
Customer has a 14-day return policy from the date the item is received in order to initiate a refund.
Returns are accepted for unused and resellable items or defective products.
Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
Customer will provide an order number or proof of purchase.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned items.

Non-Refundable:
Apparel and gift cards are not subject to refunds.
Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of the returned item.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. Requests over 30 days will be declined.
Exchanged items must be unused or in unworn condition.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Warranty Exchanges:
Warranty requests will be accepted only within 45 days of delivery of item.
Customer will provide photos of the warranty claim for a warranty claim.
Warranty only covers replacement of the same glove size and color.
Warranty exchanges are only accepted for defective issues. Normal wear and tear of gloves does not qualify for a warranty claim.
One warranty claim will be issued per purchase.
Refunds:
Customer has 14 days after receiving the item to request a refund. If refund is approved, you will be contacted once the item is received. Customer will be notified if item is accepted or denied.
Upon approval, once your returned item is received, the refund will be processed, and a credited to the original payment method within a timeframe of 10 to 14 days, contingent upon your bank/credit card issuer's policies.
